Hi, I’m Dave Ballard. For the past 20
plus years I have serviced the state of California, providing
superior personalized service to our health insurance clients.
I decided many years ago to specialize in one field of insurance: health
insurance. With the advent of the Internet, I decided
to provide the best possible tools for
people to compare health insurance plans
online. My first web site was developed
in 1998. At www.insurnow.com and
our new Kaiser site www.go2healthplans.com we
provide all the tools necessary to compare Individual and Family
plans. Beyond that we provide information
for those in need of short term insurance,
Medicare supplements and small group
plans for the business owner. Being a
small business owner myself I understand
the need for good solid coverage and
keeping cost in mind.
Our Service is totally FREE to the consumer. A broker like me is
paid by the insurance companies. The premium is published by the
insurance companies and is guaranteed to be the lowest. Using a
broker costs you nothing and you get our unbiased opinion regarding what
